Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Tangle DCS's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
Change our pricing structure with reasonable notice

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Tangle DCS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tangle DCS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Tangle DCS's website, even if Tangle DCS or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tangle DCS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
